Golden Light & Brave Little Smiles at Maybury State Park


There’s something magical about photographing families in the fall - when the air is crisp, the wind has a bit of bite, and the sun still shows up with a warm golden glow. This session at Maybury State Park had all of that and more.


Despite the chilly breeze (and a few hair-whipping gusts!), these kiddos were absolute champs - running, laughing, and cuddling close when the wind picked up. The light? Oh, the light. It danced through the trees and wrapped around this sweet family in the most beautiful way.


We played, explored, and soaked in every ounce of sunshine the evening gave us. These are the moments I love most - real connection, real joy, and the beauty of nature wrapping it all together.
