Your family’s photos aren’t just files - they’re your story. That’s why I’ve partnered with a professional print lab that’s calibrated to my exact editing style. When you order directly through your gallery:
- Colors stay true: No weird green or orange tones that sometimes happen with big-box stores.

I personally order an album from every one of our family sessions because it’s the one product we reach for year after year - the one place our memories actually get seen, held, and loved. If you want your photos to live somewhere you’ll flip through again and again (instead of disappearing on a hard drive), an album is the most meaningful investment you can make.

Turnaround Time
Here’s what to expect after placing your order:
- Professional prints, framed wall art, canvases & metals: ships after a print production time of 1-3 business days
- Albums: 1-2 weeks after gallery delivery
- Digital downloads: Immediate
- Holiday season: Times may extend slightly - ordering early is best!
Framing Your Family
Once you’ve ordered your prints, don’t let them live in a drawer! Frame them and fill your home with those everyday smiles. Studies show children feel more confident when they see photos of themselves displayed at home! It tells them they belong.

How do I place an order for prints or products?
Once your gallery is delivered, you’ll find a built-in print shop right inside your online gallery. Simply select your favorite photos, choose the product you love, and add it to your cart. It’s quick, secure, and designed to make ordering stress-free.
Why should I order through the print store instead of another lab?
Great question! The print store connected to your gallery uses a professional lab calibrated to my editing style. This means your photos are printed with the correct colors, sharpness, and quality - exactly as they were meant to look. I can only guarantee color accuracy and longevity when prints are ordered through the gallery shop.
What types of print products do you offer?
You’ll find a curated selection of high-quality products: fine-art prints, framed wall art, canvases, albums, greeting cards, and more. These items are chosen for their craftsmanship and how beautifully they showcase your family’s photos.
How long do I have to order from my gallery?
Your gallery will be available for 1 year from the delivery date. I always recommend downloading your digital files right away and placing print orders sooner rather than later so nothing gets forgotten.
How long does it take to receive my prints or products?
You can see all turnaround times listed above, and you’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I order multiple copies of the same product (like albums or prints)?
Absolutely! Duplicate albums or additional prints make lovely gifts for grandparents, parents, and relatives. You’ll also see special discounted pricing on duplicate albums when ordering more than one.
Can I share my gallery with family and friends?
Definitely. Your gallery has a shareable link, and your loved ones can order their own prints directly from the shop - ensuring everyone gets the same professional quality.
Will my photos look different when printed elsewhere?
They might. Consumer labs often apply automatic filters or color corrections, which can shift tones and reduce quality. Ordering through your gallery ensures your photos are printed exactly as I edited them - soft, true-to-life, and consistent.
What is a mounted print?
A mounted print is a professional photograph that’s bonded to a sturdy backing - usually a thick, durable board - to keep it perfectly flat and protected. Mounting prevents warping, bending, or creasing over time and gives your print a polished, gallery-quality feel.
Mounted prints are great for framing, displaying on easels or shelves, and gifting. They’re a step up from standard prints and are designed to last for years without losing their shape.
What’s the best way to store my digital photos?
I recommend saving your images in three places:
- Your computer or laptop
- An external hard drive
- A cloud service (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, etc.)
This gives you multiple backups so your photos stay safe for years to come.
Will my images stay in the online gallery forever?
Your gallery stays active for 1 year from delivery. After that, it expires - so be sure to download your full gallery and back it up in at least two places. I’ll send a reminder as the expiration date gets closer.
What file format do the digital photos come in?
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files, ready for printing, sharing, and storing. They’re compatible with all major devices and print labs.
What if I lose my photos after the gallery expires?
I do my best to keep archived files, but they’re not guaranteed after your gallery expires. For this reason, downloading and backing up your images as soon as possible is the safest way to protect them.
